The Service Family
This is an original concept, and practiced exclusively by Coco Beach Island Resort. Somewhere close to your room resides an entire Filipino family.

They are the one who maintains the garden and as soon as you are their guest you become part of their family.

Keep in mind that these people have had no formal hotel training, what they offer is simple and natural Filipino hospitality.

Upon arrival in your cottage, the whole family will present and introduce themselves to you, if not, please ring the bell!

They can be called upon from 6:00am to 11:30pm (in emergency 24 hours) through the bell or by opening the window and call for the family member you want to summon.

Their free services include:
> Room cleaning and bed preparation

> Repairs and maintenance of your room like making sure that your shower works, that there are no missing light bulbs or even fanning you to sleep if the electric fan does not work.

> Room service for food and drinks.

> Wake-up calls any way you like it.

> Baby-sitting up to 3 hours daily. If you need more, thay can provide a full time "yaya" lady for only Php 150 a day...
