The Service Family is an original concept practiced exclusively by Coco Beach.
A Filipino family lives close to your cottage and takes care of you during your stay. They clean your room, the garden and can be called upon from 6:00am to 11:30 pm (24 hours in emergency) by pulling the string on your balcony.
What they offer is simple and natural Filipino hospitality. As you are their guest, you also become part of their family.
Their free services include:
- Room service for food and drinks.
- Wake-up calls any way you like it.
- Baby-sitting up to 3 hours daily. If you need more, they can provide a full time "yaya" lady for only Php 300 from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
- Shoe shine services
- Flower arrangement for a special occasion
