The following day, they went on a whole day trekking in the mountains of Puerto Galera-Baclayan, Malasimbo and Mamundor with our Mountain Guide Edwin and JR. From Muelle they took a 25-minute jeepney ride to Barangay Aninuan where they stopped first at the Aninuan Falls and Lagoon. This hideaway is situated just at the foot of Mt. Malasimbo. The group enjoyed the clear water flowing down from the mountain. After lunch, the group continued their trek and were amazed by the diverse flora and fauna of the mountains of Puerto Galera. After 3 hours of hiking, the group reached the Baclayan Mangyan Settlement. After a short break, they move on to Mt.
