Fil-Star Maritime Group

Last week, two groups of Filipino companies came to Coco Beach for some fun and relaxation.

Fil-Star Maritime with its 63 employees headed by big boss Takao Ikedo arrived in Coco Beach where their first activity was a hearty buffet lunch at Pamera Restaurant. In the afternoon, our Activity Guides prepared some games for them at the beach like the beach relay - sack race, tires, bench, kayak race), tug-of-war and beach volleyball. Before the game, the group was divided into 4 teams. yellow, red, blue and pink team.

Let the games begin!

Yellow and Red teams pulling with all their might

The yellow team dominated the beach relay and tug-of-war and they received special prizes from their big boss. The yellow team is made up of Melissa Magalona, Raezon Ballesteros, Daisy Lavandero, Alvin Almojallas, Genesis Pabilario, Michelle Gonzales and Victorio Milallos.

Fil-Star against the Coco Mangyan

The main event for the afternoon's activities was the Beach Volleyball Tournament. They chose to play against Coco Mangyan Team. The game was fought closely with the Coco Mangyan team dominating the first set but the Fil-Star group took revenge by winning the 2nd set. The final set was a tight game but the Coco Mangyan Team was so good, they won the third set and got free drinks courtesy of Fil-Star Group.

Paco Catholic School Group

At the same time, the teachers and staff of the Paco Catholic School also had a great time at Coco Beach. They joined the boat tour to Bayanan Beach where they enjoyed the fine white sand and beautiful corals. The day before they left Coco Beach, they held a simple but beautiful holy mass at Heritage Hall celebrated by Msgr. Domingo A. Cirilos. Other guests and staff also joined in the mass.
