Our turtles are growing and growing and every morning at 10:30 it is still a big attraction when the turtles are fed. Sometimes the guests already come at 10 o’clock just to make sure they don’t miss the feeding.

The biggest of our turtles now weighs 4,5 kilos (XL), the next one weighs 4,25 kilos (L), the third one weighs 3,5 kilos (M) and the smallest one weight 2,75 kilos (S).

They just finished their weight check and are not so willing to pose for the lens… but anyway…

We also have our 4 small baby turtles (XXXS) but they are also gaining weight and in about 1 year from now they will have the same size as our big once.

One of the babies we have named speedy, because what ever happens in the basin… he/she is always the first. When they are fed… speedy is always there to get his/hers bite first. And speedy never swims slow, there is always some turbo action when not sleeping.
