There’s a new chef in town! After the long wait, we’ve finally found the Chef Noel Antonio Gaffud. Noel is 32 years of age and married to our Reservation Officer Clarissa who is based in the Manila Office.

After working abroad for years - TGI Friday’s in Saudi Arabia for a couple of years, Holiday Inn in Kuwait for another two years and for Majesty of the Seas and Splendour of the Seas - he has decided to work in the Philippines. Perfect timing since we were looking for a chef at that time.

Chef Noel’s specialty is pasta and he says that is why his wife fell in love with him. Hmmm...maybe we should stay away from the pasta. Another specialty, maybe?
