In celebration of 115th Independence day of the Philippines, Coco Beach Island Resort hold a dinner party with all Filipino dishes for everyone. This includes Sinuglaw for appetizer, this is a combination of raw King Fish and Grilled Pork marinated in vinegar with chilli, ginger,onion, red pepper and cucumber. For the main course, everyone feasted on Nilasing na Hipon, Lechong Manok, Adobong Baboy, Pinakbet as Main Courses while Biko and Ginataang halo-halo for desserts. While enjoying their all time favorite Filipino dishes, the Coco Band entertain them with all Filipino Songs. It was indeed a great evening with around thirty guests who joined to party.
