The 8^th New Moon Party was held last August 17, 2012 at seven thirty in the evening in the poolside area. A crowd gathered from all over the world like Korea, Philippines, Denmark and others joined the event.

Coco Beach's in-house band, Iraya Band as Alvin their vocalist, performed their mixed reggae music together with Art Tactics fire dancers headed by Lexter Navarro and Jarari Escueta who did a splendid performance. Some pica pica options for the night were pork ensalada, mixed nuts, tempura and crudities. While the new moon drinks are weng weng, mindoro glow, gypsy, screwdriver, tequila sunrise, rhumcoke and gintonic.

Everybody enjoyed the party “great show and great event” see you on September 15 for the next New Moon Party always here at Coco Beach Island Resort. Also, the International Clean Up is on that day! Let's clean the coast and underwater of Puerto Galera then party the night away at Coco Beach!

The 7^th New Moon Party was held last July 18, 2012 and joined by around 50 guests including walk-ins from other resorts nearby. Everyone had a great time drinking, partying and dancing until past mid night.

Aside from Iraya Band who played more reggae music another band named Coupon Band performed that night.  Marvin Manalo-vocalist, Anton Dapitan- Guitar, Vanie Binay – bass guitar and Mar Caguete-drummer are members of the said band for 6 years now. They mostly played variety music. Jayara Escueta and his sister Danica Gonzales of Art Tactics showcased their extra ordinary talent and gave the crowd a blazing performance.

Coco Beach Island Resort's New Moon Party was held at the poolside, last June 19, 2012. In around 4:00 in the afternoon, the services together with kitchen and dining staff in supervision of Vincent were in full force in preparing a new and cool set-up for the party. It is first time that the New Moon Party and Barbeque Night fall at the same date.

The party began as early as 7:30 in the evening, 34 guests including walk-ins started to be served of pica-pica and local drinks. At that time, guests are enjoying our Chef’s delicious barbeque while listening to reggae music of Iraya and Green Leafy bands. Mostly, the crowd were Taiwanese, Filipino, Danish and Indian national.

With seven years of experience, Lexter Navarro and Jarari Escueta of Fire Tactics are known to be  experts in this field of fire dancing which they may often see performing at other establishments in the country. As expected, they delivered a good show by performing a jaw-dropping and fire eating performance.

It was indeed another great party as everyone enjoyed the music, foods and the astounding fire dancing performance. Those who miss out to party with us, see you on the next New Moon Party on July 18!
