Ibrahim, Peggy and Harald trekking at Mt. Baclayan

One sunny Monday morning Ibrahim, Peggy and Harald left Coco Beach Island Resort for a half day trekking tour to Mt. Baclayan with mountain guide Edwin. It was an amazing trip and they learned so much as Edwin gladly shared a lot of stories about the birds and  the native people dwelling in the mountain. Their first stop was at Baluk Baluk where they gave some clothes to the locals, then headed to Mt. Baclayan. Kids were given school supplies that served as early Christmas presents.

They enjoyed delicious lunch composed of fern salad, boiled banana and sweet potato. For them, it was a fantastic trip and would definitely love to do it again.

Jan Buis Coco Postcard from Front Office Personnel

Jan Buis is Lolo Jan for  the many of us here at Coco Beach Island Resort. He had been so nice to us and it is him who gave us the idea of planting tomatoes in the vacant area at the back of the resort. He's a role model for us  to be someone who doesn't get tired of diversifying a natural beauty just like Coco Beach.
